For ZARENGO, careful handling of personal data is very important. We can thus assure that personal data is carefully processed and protected. We herewith do follow the requirements outlined in the Data Protection Act.
By using the services of ZARENGO, you will leave specific data with us. This can be personal information. The only information we store, is information that is directly supplied by you. We also store information which is clearly stating as provided to us for processing.
When placing an order, we will ask you to fill in the following personal information:

- your firstname
- your lastname
- your e-mail address
The above information is mandatory to handle and process your order. We also need these details, to answer questions related to our services. Lastly, we will use your e-mail address for sending reminders (for example when a subscription ends) and our newsletter.
Our newsletter is intended to inform our customers about new products or services. After a payment has been made through our platform, your e-mail address is automatically subscribed. Every newsletter will contain a unique link, that can be used to unsubscribe yourself from future mailings.
Protection of personal data
On our platform, we use strict safety procedures, to avoid unauthorized access to personal information. We therefor have chosen to enforce a secure connection (Secure Socket Layer or SSL) between you and our server. This assures secure transmission of personal information while using our services.

Google Analytics and AdWords
When visiting our website, cookies are being placed by the American company Google. These cookies are being placed for the "Analytics" and "AdWords" services. We use these services to track how visitors are using our website. It also helps us to understand how visitors react to our advertisements. Gathered information will be anonymized where possible. Twitter, Facebook and Google+ will transmit (personal) information to servers in the United States. These social networks claim to follow the Safe Harbor principles and are affiliated to the Safe Harbor program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

Right to inspect and to correct or delete your data
You are entitled to make a request to inspect your data and to have it corrected or deleted. At our contact page, you will find our contact details. To avoid fraud, we do ask you for adequate identification. If your request to inspect personal data relates to a cookie, you should send a copy of the cookie in question.
