Help my game code doesn't work!

Is it impossible for you to redeem the gift card or game code? Did you follow the steps at the following page: https://www.zarengo.com/en-en/faq/how-can-i-activate-my-code.html for the right platform? In that case, we will eliminate some possible known issues. We have compiled a list bellow:

  1. Please assure yourself to redeem the code at the right platform. The platform is mentioned on the left side of the code in the e-mail. A code does only work on one platform.
  2. Please pay close attention to the characters entered. In specific: O / 0, the B / 8 and the S / 5.
  3. Assure yourself to buy the right code for your country or account. For example, a United States PlayStation card will only work for an account that has it's master account set to the United States.
  4. Check if no interruption is ongoing at the platform you wish to redeem the code at.
