- Please assure yourself to redeem the code at the right platform. The platform is mentioned on the left side of the code in the e-mail. A code does only work on one platform.
- Please pay close attention to the characters entered. In specific: O / 0, the B / 8 and the S / 5.
- Assure yourself to buy the right code for your country or account. For example, a United States PlayStation card will only work for an account that has it's master account set to the United States.
- Check if no interruption is ongoing at the platform you wish to redeem the code at.
